IYM is about encouraging young women from diverse geographic, economic and cultural backgrounds, to take the opportunity to explore a science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) study and career pathway. A pathway that will lead them to solve the challenges of the future. A pathway that will see more of them become leaders across Government, industries and organisations.

Why young women? Women are under-represented in the STEM sector, but we know that diversity improves creativity and innovation and shapes the pathway to economic success!
